About a month ago I attended a NYX beauty evening. I left the event with a box full of new makeup to try and use. One of the most interesting things I found in the box was the curved eyeliner. I had never seen an eyeliner shaped like that before. As it turns out, it is one of the eyeliners that I don’t struggle with to get my line on point.
As you can see from the picture, the lined handle is curved. It is especially designed to have an innovative ergonomic shape that makes applying liquid liner mistake-proof. SInce it has a little curve in the handle too, you can have a firm grip applying the liner.
I found it to be really easy to use. Without putting much effort into it, I could draw my wings as sharp or long as I wanted. I think it is a good product for people who are beginners in the eyeliner world. I had good control over the liner, and it didn’t stress me out when I tried to draw a cat eye.
The application is smooth and even. It has a felt tip, which allows me to press harder if I should want a thicker line.
The stay on power was good. If I applied it in the morning, it was still there in the evening. In my experience it is eight plus hours of carefree line.
The pigmentation of the colour is good. It is not the blackest black, but it is black. I don’t find it to be a flaw for me. The colour dried quickly on my eyelid after application.
Good:
- Great control
- Needs less effort than traditional liner
- Dries quickly
- Doesn’t smear or move
- Good for beginners
Sad:
- Takes more space in the makeup bag than traditional liner
Have you used the liner?

It makes me feel that I can actually get pointed tip without losing too much nerves because of doing it over and over again lol. I’m glad you liked the post 😊

You should try it out. You have so much more control over the liner. Even if you shouldn’t like it, you won’t lose much money because NYX has pretty affordable prices 😊

I really love the design of the curved eyeliner and technically, it is a great innovation. Then coming back to the beauty aspect, I like the pigmentation that it gives.
