One day I was looking through my nail polish collection and understood I could easily pick out my favourite colours. In this post I will introduce my favourite nailpolishes.
OPI nail polish in the tone “Amazon…Amazoff” – It is a deep jungle green. It is one of the few nailpolishes where I can actually see how the product is disappearing from the bottle. I have been using it for at least a year. In every few weeks this is one of the tones I like to see on my nails.
OPI nail polish in the tone “Unfor-Greta-Bly Blue” – It is a dark glowy blue. I would say it is like an evening gown blue at night. I have always liked blue toned nail polishes but this tone is my favourite. I have used it as an accent colour, and wore it alone as well.
The Body Shop nail polish in the tone “Relish The Moment” – It is a classic red tone. It is a good colour for almost every occasion. During colder seasons it adds elegance to every outfit and during summer it is just happy splash of colour. Every woman should have a classic red tone in their collection.
The black nail polish is by The Body Shop. It is from their Color Crush range, and in the shade ´740 Smoky Rose´. Another irreplaceable colour in my nail polish collection is a proper black. If I don’t paint all my nails black, I like to use it as an accent colour.
The brown-grey taupe nail polish is by Christian Dior. It is from Dior Vernis line. The shade is called ´403 Palais Royal´. To be honest, I bought it only because I got it cheap. I didn’t actually think I was going to use it. Now, it is one of my most used tones. I like how it looks on my nails, I like the applicator brush, and it goes with almost every other colour. The Dior nail polishes have a slightly wider brush than the others, Since it is also slightly curved from the tip, application is easy.
I hope you enjoyed this post. If you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to let me know.

Those OPI colours are absolutely lovely, I wish I had the patience to paint my nails properly so I could indulge in some nice polishes! xx

The trick is to have a good top coat which dries with seconds. In my experience, the cheaper ones are better. Paint your nails few hours before evening shower. By the time you are going to shower, the nail polish is dry enough not to smudge, but the polish on skin comes off easily. Wow, that was a long sentence. I hope you understood me 🙈

I’ve always used Sally Hansen base and top coats, and they always seemed good enough for me! I’ve recently tried the Rimmel Gel polishes, but it was absolutely awful! xx

Greetings! That’s the main problem that keeps me from painting my nails…ALL of that work, then it never fails to smudge at some point. Thank you for the advice; maybe I will try again with a nice top coat.
