Last week Lush began their after New Year’s discounts. A lot of Christmas season products were down to half price. I took a chance and got myself a few of their bath bombs, and other good smelling products.
I bought four bath bombs, a bubble bar, and shower cream. I should mention that by the time you are reading this, I will have already used one bath bomb and tried the shower cream. The other products are still waiting for the right time, and isn’t their individual packaging adorable?
First, I will introduce you to the bath bombs.
Frozen– It is a beautiful blue bath bomb with a fresh scent. It should make your bath water electric blue. I also hope it has some glitter in it because who doesn’t like glittery baths, right? Featured ingredient is grapefruit oil.
Cinders– This bath bomb is from Lush’s Christmas range. It has a light spicy, cinnamon scent. As you can see on the picture, it is smaller than Lush’s regular bath bomb. I am rather doubtful if it will be enough for my bath. Despite the size I wouldn’t use two bombs in one bath because I am afraid the scent would be too strong.

Yog Nog – It was one of the first bath bombs I noticed when I entered the shop. I have to admit, I am not a fan of the scent. It is too deeply spicy for me. I really hope it won’t be as strong as it is now when I use it. Other than that, it looks appealing with its two coloured surface. Featured ingredient is clove bud oil.

Yoga Bomb – A nice orange bath bomb which reminds me of a setting sun. The smell of the bath bomb was subtle and earthy. I think it would be perfect for people who can´t stand strong smells. Featured ingredient is sandalwood oil.
The bath bomb turns the water into a beautiful yellow orange mix. It truly feels like I am taking a bath in a sunset on a warm summer evening. The sandalwood scents reduce stress and are relaxing for the mind and body.
The Comforter line
The Comforter bubble bar– I like how it smells and looks. It is one of those products which just look joyful. It has a white purple swirl with black currant scent. My expectations are high with this bubble bar. I hope it is as good as it looks.
The Comforter shower cream– Oh. My. God. I am in love with this fresh, sweet black currant scent. I love black currants, I love the colour of black currants, I love jam made of black currants, I love products that smell like black currants. This shower cream is a win for me! It smells divine, it cleanses my skin well, and after my shower I have that squeaky clean feeling. I can even look the other way to the fact that it doesn’t create too much foam when lathering it up. If you have followed my blog for a while, you might know I love shower gels which create a lot of foam. Of course this is a shower cream, so I really can’t hold that against it. I also should mention the foam is light purple with a magenta undertone.
I hope you enjoyed this post. Have you used any of the mentioned products? How did you like them?
If you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to let me know.

I haven’t tried it yet but I love the smell. I’ve also noticed that most of the Lush products stain a bath. Luckily it comes off easily if I clean it right away.
